The short answer
Choose HubSpot if you run a sales or marketing team that lives in email, content and long deal pipelines, and you want a large ecosystem. Choose BittaFlow if your business runs on calls, texts and appointments, and you want booking, invoicing and an AI receptionist on one customer record without paying per seat for each hub.
What is the main difference between BittaFlow and HubSpot?
HubSpot is a customer platform split into hubs — Marketing, Sales, Service, Content and Data — each sold on its own, in Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions. It is strongest where the work is email, content, forms and a sales pipeline that runs for weeks.
BittaFlow is one workspace for service businesses that run on appointments and inbound enquiries: dental, real estate, home services, legal, salons and hospitality. The shared inbox carries SMS, WhatsApp, email and calls in one thread per customer, and booking, invoices and reviews hang off the same record.
How does pricing compare?
HubSpot prices most hubs per seat. As of October 2026, its free CRM tools cover up to 2 users with no credit card. Sales Hub Starter starts at $20 per seat a month on monthly billing, with a lower price on annual billing. Sales Hub Professional is $100 per seat a month on monthly billing ($90 on annual), plus a required one-time onboarding fee of $1,500. Sales Hub Enterprise is $150 per seat a month plus $3,500 onboarding. Marketing Hub Professional is $890 a month on monthly billing ($800 annual) with 3 core seats and 2,000 marketing contacts, plus $3,000 onboarding.
BittaFlow prices by plan, not by hub or seat. Each plan includes a set number of users and locations, a monthly SMS and WhatsApp allowance, and email marketing.
For a five-person front office, five seats of Sales Hub Starter come to $100 a month on monthly billing, for sales tools only. BittaFlow Small Team is $149/mo for five users and includes the AI receptionist, the shared inbox and SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.

Which is better for a dental practice?
A dental front desk spends its day on the phone, confirming tomorrow's list and chasing recalls. HubSpot can be configured for that, but it is a general sales and marketing platform, so the visit-shaped pieces are yours to build.
BittaFlow has them as the starting point: intake forms sent by link before the visit that attach to the patient record, a 24-hour reminder where a reply of Y confirms the booking, automated recall lists, a Stripe pay-link by text, and a Google review request after each visit. Dental charting is a $25 a month add-on, and periodontal charting another $19.
Which handles calls, texts and AI better?
BittaFlow's AI receptionist picks up when nobody can, offers real free times, books the appointment and texts the confirmation. Anyone who asks for a person is handed over or leaves a message your team can play back. The same assistant answers on SMS and WhatsApp, from the FAQs you write.
HubSpot includes calling minutes in Sales Hub and sells its AI features through HubSpot Credits; the Starter editions include 500 credits a month as of October 2026. If phone and text are the main channels, check what each HubSpot edition includes for them before you compare on price alone.
- One thread per customer across SMS, WhatsApp, email and calls
- Quiet hours and a daily cap on every automated send
- Response-time rules that warn, escalate, then reassign an unanswered lead
When is HubSpot the better choice?
HubSpot is the stronger pick in several situations.
- You sell business-to-business with long deal cycles and sequences of sales emails
- Content, landing pages and SEO are a big part of how you win customers
- You need two users or fewer and want to start free
- You run a separate support team that works from tickets
- You want the widest choice of add-ons and third-party apps
How do you move from HubSpot to BittaFlow?
Pro Growth includes setup and basic migration, with no setup fee. Starter CRM includes professional setup done with you. The live integrations include Twilio, Stripe, Google Calendar, GA4, Search Console, Google Ads and QuickBooks support, with API and webhooks on Business Plus.
Many teams start with Small Team to put the phone and inbox on BittaFlow first, and move the rest once they are sure.
