The short answer
Choose Jobber if you are a small crew that wants proven field service software at a low monthly price and a technician app. Choose BittaFlow if you also want the calls answered by AI, WhatsApp and SMS in one inbox, signed quotes with deposits, maintenance plans that bill themselves, and technicians who work from a text link.
What is the main difference between BittaFlow and Jobber?
Jobber is field service software built for home service businesses. Quotes, scheduling, invoices with online payment and online booking are on every plan, and its mobile app gives crews job instructions, photos, forms and checklists on site.
BittaFlow is a CRM and front office that also runs the job. The call nobody could take, the quote the customer signs, the nearest free technician, the customer told every step, and the invoice raised the moment the technician texts DONE — all from one job record. Technicians and customers work from a link, with no app and no login.
How does pricing compare?
As of October 2026, Jobber's month-to-month prices are $49 for Core (1 user), from $139 for Connect (1 user), from $199 for Grow (1 user) and from $499 for Plus (5 users). Annual billing is cheaper, and Jobber was running an introductory discount at the time of checking. Extra users are $29 a month each. Its AI Receptionist is included on Plus and is a $29 a month add-on on the other plans. Teams of 16 or more and multi-location businesses are quoted by sales. There is a 14-day free trial of the Grow plan with no credit card.
On BittaFlow, the plan that lists the full CRM — records, pipeline, booking, invoices and forms — is Starter CRM at $499/mo plus $1,500 setup. Pro Growth at $999/mo adds the AI receptionist (500 minutes a month), automation, review automation and up to 3 locations, with no setup fee.
Put plainly: for a small crew, Jobber costs less. BittaFlow makes more sense when the office side — calls, WhatsApp, follow-up, several locations — is where the time goes.

Which is better for a one-truck plumber?
Probably Jobber, at least to start. Core at $49 a month covers quotes, scheduling and invoices for one person, and the Grow trial lets you test the fuller version for two weeks without a card.
BittaFlow becomes the better fit when missed calls are the real cost. If you are under a sink when the phone rings, the AI receptionist takes the problem and the address and books an open slot, and a call that rings out gets a text back within seconds.
When is Jobber the better choice?
Jobber is the stronger pick when:
- You are a small crew and the lowest monthly price matters most
- Your technicians prefer a dedicated mobile app over a text link
- You want route optimisation and job costing as standard tools
- You need QuickBooks Online sync from a lower-priced plan
- You want a longer trial without putting a card down
What does BittaFlow add for a growing home services company?
Once there is an office, the work changes. Someone answers the phone, someone chases the quotes that went quiet, someone rings technicians to ask who is free. BittaFlow is built for that layer.
- The customer is texted every step: booked, on the way, running late, a different technician coming
- Response-time rules flag a lead nobody answered, then escalate and reassign
- Timesheets from the job clock and margin per job after technician pay
- Per-location pipelines, staff and numbers, rolled up for the owner
